Class Description

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Research also shows that HIIT reduces stress, anxiety, and depression and increases resilience. You will be challenged to push your limits and walk away feeling powerful!
